Read More JOB PURPOSE The Analyst, Accounting and Reporting will be responsible for the monthly and quarterly accounting for stock-based compensation, lease accounting, equity investments, and assisting with various projects as needed. This role will also be responsible for quarter-end reporting deliverables. This role will report to the Manager, Consolidations. Note: This position is hybrid and the candidate will be expected to be on site at PHINIA's World Headquarters in Auburn Hills 3 days per week. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare accounting for stock-based compensation, earnings per share, lease accounting, equity investments and other areas as needed, including journal entries, footnotes, reconciliations, and executive reporting. Support quarter-end financial reporting disclosures, including but not limited to the external press release, external earnings call deck and script. Support the consolidations process as needed. Assist in various projects and preparation of ad-hoc reports.
