What you'll do
- Provide financial analysis, underwriting, and market research, and assist with marketing collateral for the sale of multifamily investment properties and land throughout Florida.
What you need
- <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;">Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate required; Master’s degree in real estate or MBA in Finance preferred</span>
- <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;"><span style="border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;">Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint</span></span>
- <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;"><span style="border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;">Strong quantitative, financials analysis and modeling skills</span></span>
- <span style="font-family: "Times New Roman", serif;"><span style="border: 1pt windowtext; padding: 0in;">Excellent verbal and written communication skills</span></span>

The Investment Analyst will be part of the Newmark Florida team who was most recently ranked the #1 Multifamily Brokerage Firm in the state. The Investment analyst will work closely with Brokers and Associates to provide financial analysis, underwriting, market research and assist in the creation of marketing collateral for the sale of multifamily investment properties and land throughout the state of Florida.
