Apartment Maintenance Technician

Providence Real Estate is currently seeking an Apartment Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at the Stratford apartment community in Sandy Springs, GA. This full-time position is ideal for a skilled maintenance professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys maintaining a well-run residential community. This role supports the day-to-day maintenance operations of the property, helping ensure residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. The technician will respond to service requests, assist with apartment turns, and perform a variety of repairs throughout the community. We are looking for someone with solid troubleshooting ability who can work independently while contributing positively to the property team. What You'll Do Diagnose and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, and general maintenance repairsPrepare apartments for move-in (make-readies) to company standardsComplete service requests efficiently with minimal supervisionMaintain curb appeal, common areas, and preventative maintenance schedulesParticipate in a rotating on-call schedule for maintenance emergenciesCommunicate professionally with residents and the onsite team In this role, your work helps maintain the overall quality and reputation of the community.
