Apprentice Electrician

Benefits: 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off About the Role: AWE Enterprises is looking for a motivated Apprentice Electrician to join our growing team in San Clemente, CA! This is a fantastic opportunity to build your electrical career from the ground up alongside experienced professionals in a hands-on, rewarding environment. Responsibilities: Assist journeyman and master electricians with commercial electrical installations Pull wire, run conduit, and support rough-in and finish electrical work Read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics Install outlets, switches, panels, fixtures, and other electrical components under supervision Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with safety regulations Transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites as needed Participate in on-the-job training and apprenticeship program coursework Requirements: Current enrollment in or eligibility for a state-approved electrical apprenticeship program Basic knowledge of electrical theory, NEC codes, and safety practices is a plus Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and in physically demanding conditions Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude About Us: AWE Enterprises is a trusted electrical contractor serving the San Clemente, CA area with a reputation for quality craftsmanship and dependable service.
