What you'll do

Apprentices will participate in a 36-month program involving on-the-job training in manufacturing specialties and external coursework at Santa Rosa Junior College.
They will receive professional mentorship and contribute to cutting-edge product development while learning technical skills.

What you need

Candidates must have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and an interest in electronics and test equipment.
They must also be eligible to register for classes at Santa Rosa Junior College.
Education: a high school diploma

Responsibilities Apprentices Rising at Keysight (ARK) is a career pathway for aspiring Electronics and Manufacturing Technicians. The ARK apprenticeship program is a rigorous 36-month paid apprenticeship with a mission to train, develop, and recruit rising technical talent in the North Bay. Apprentices are exposed to an environment where they can learn new skills, work on cutting-edge products, and get real-time feedback. Apprentices join the program as Interns and participate in external coursework at Santa Rosa Junior College, on the job training at Keysight, and personalized mentorship. The company pays for tuition, books, and time to attend classes and trainings. The program involves: Company sponsored education in the Mechatronics program at Santa Rosa Junior College Attendance at biweekly lectures and workshops On the job training in different manufacturing specialties Professional mentorship from experienced technican mentors ARK Interns may be eligible to apply for permanent positions after completion of the ARK Program. Participation in the ARK program as an Intern does not guarantee a permanent job offer at Keysight. Qualifications Have a positive attitude and desire to dive into learning new things Ability to communicate constructively with engineers, project managers and technicians throughout the organization Must have an interest in Test and Measurement equipment Comfortable around Electronics and Technology Self-motivated to learn new things on your own and through training Candidates must be eligible to register at Santa Rosa Junior College Pay Rate: $27.00/hour Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
