Bring your customer service experience to this professional role supporting our Dahl Honda service team in Rhinelander, WI as an Assistant Service Advisor. You will help schedule service appointments, follow up with service guests, and assist the advisors and service manager with a variety of customer service and administrative related tasks. Responsibilities Answer guest calls and establish follows-up with service appointments. Assist with scheduling service appointments. Greet service guests as they arrive for their service appointments. Follow up with service guests that do not show up for their appointments, and to provide updates to guests on their vehicle service. Communicate with guests and advisors to take care of guest needs. Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed. Assist advisors and service manager with other service and administrative related duties. Utilize online system daily.
