What you'll do

Create technical specification packages for costumes and accessories across product categories
Partner with Product Development to address technical and production issues
Respond to factory questions and troubleshoot issues throughout production
Conduct fittings and document fit comments, measurements, photos, and pattern corrections
Communicate technical details, construction requirements, and fit updates to factories
Develop grade rules to ensure consistent sizing across products
Review and complete factory pattern corrections as needed

What you need

Experience in apparel, soft goods, or costume technical design/product development
Knowledge of garment construction, fit, grading, and pattern corrections
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
PLM experience preferred; CLO 3D experience a plus
