What you'll do
- Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, protocols, and state regulations
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to team members
- Complete accurate medication documentation and maintain medication records
- Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as needed
- Respond to resident needs, call lights, and overnight emergencies
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
- Communicate with team members to support continuity of care
What you need
- Current Wisconsin CBRF Medication Administration certification or applicable qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety
- Dependability and ability to work independently overnight
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Previous medication administration experience (preferred)

At The Waterford at Fitchburg, we believe exceptional care starts with exceptional people. We're looking for a dependable, compassionate Med Passer to join our NOC (overnight) team and help ensure our residents receive safe, attentive, and personalized care throughout the night.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Administer medications in accordance with physician orders, established protocols, and state regulations.
Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns to the appropriate team members.
Complete accurate medication documentation and maintain medication records.
Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living as needed.
Respond to resident needs, call lights, and overnight emergencies.
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
Communicate effectively with fellow team members to support continuity of care.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Current Wisconsin CBRF Medication Administration certification (or applicable qualifications).
Previous medication administration experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to medication safety.
Dependability and the ability to work independently overnight.
A compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to resident care.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
