Qualifications Active and unencumbered Maryland LPN license in good standing BLS Certification (current and valid) Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or skilled nursing preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills Passion for providing exceptional resident-centered care Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
