Associate Financial Analyst

Care Lync is seeking an Associate Financial Analyst who can help guide sound financial decisions by analyzing financial data, budgets, and program performance. General Description: Examine financial data, economic trends, and organizational performance to provide guidance on budgeting, resource allocation, and overall financial strategy. Evaluating the return on investment and financial impact of new programs, expansion opportunities, and business initiatives. Writing financial reports and collecting industry research to inform decision making. Build models to forecast future financial performance, support budgeting, and assess new opportunities . Associate Financial Analyst Qualifications/Skills: Proficiency in interpreting numerical data, performing complex calculations, and using statistical models to forecast financial outcomes. Understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance. Ability to manage and analyze datasets to extract meaningful insights. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to think critically and solve complex financial problems. Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or business administration. Entry-level candidates welcome. Up to 2 years of full-time experience in a career-based finance or accounting role.
