Description Associate Mental Health Counselor (LMHCA or LMFTA) Compensation: $52-$57.20 per hour; paid bi-weekly Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time or W-2 Part-Time Employee Location: This is an in-person position based out of Maple Valley, WA Role Summary An Associate Mental Health Therapist with Dayspring Behavioral Health provides high-quality outpatient therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families under the supervision of a licensed clinician. Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. We are a mental health group practice that focuses on hosting a professional, supportive, and rewarding workplace for Mental Health Therapists. The goal at Dayspring is to thrive at work while providing excellent mental wellness care to our community. Responsibilities Under the supervision of a licensed clinician, associate therapists will: Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation Maintain a minimum active caseload of 16 clients per week required (both in person and online) Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies Attend weekly supervision meetings Compensation & Benefits Compensation: $52-$57.20 per hour; paid bi-weekly 401(k) retirement plan with employer match up to 4% Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents* HSA (with employer contribution) and FSA options to help manage healthcare and dependent care expenses* Employer-paid life insurance and AD&D coverage* Employee Assistance Program (EAP) with confidential mental health and life support resources* Generous paid time off and additional paid holidays* Case consultation with colleagues Malpractice insurance and all overhead expenses covered by the practice Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support Flexible scheduling and telehealth options *Indicates benefits available only to full-time W-2 Employees See what others think about working at Dayspring! -> https://www.indeed.com/cmp/Dayspring-Bh/reviews Requirements Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted license: LMHCA or LMFTA in Washington State Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) Ability to provide therapy independently Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc.); strong preference for therapists interested in working with ages 9 through adulthood Experience in outpatient or group practice settings About Dayspring Behavioral Health: Dayspring Behavioral Health is a multidisciplinary mental health practice dedicated to empowering individuals, children, and families through comprehensive counseling and specialized assessment services.
