Job Description This role will be based in Sunnyvale, San Francisco or New York City. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team. In this role, you will help shape how we communicate with and re-engage our members across the platform. You will partner closely with product, design, engineering, and data teams to test and refine the messages, notifications, and recommendations that keep people coming back to LinkedIn. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who is curious, analytical, and excited to learn how consumer messaging and engagement strategy work at scale. Responsibilities Help plan and execute messaging and notification experiments that improve how members discover and engage with the platform. Write, test, and iterate on subject lines, copy, and creative to improve engagement and drive measurable results. Partner with product and engineering teams to support the rollout of new features from planning through launch. Analyze experiment results and member feedback, and translate findings into clear recommendations for future iterations and features. Support the development of messaging strategies tailored to different member segments and geographies. Help maintain reporting and documentation to keep cross-functional stakeholders informed of progress and outcomes. Collaborate with legal, design, and localization partners to ensure messaging is accurate, on-brand, and appropriate for different audiences. Qualifications Basic qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field 1+ years of experience in marketing, growth, lifecycle, or a related role Preferred qualifications Experience working with data to inform decisions and measure results Strong writing skills with an eye for clear, compelling, and audience-appropriate messaging Comfortable working with data and analytics tools to interpret results and identify trends Excellent collaborator who can work effectively across teams and disciplines Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once A test-and-learn mindset, with curiosity about what drives member behavior Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Suggested skills A/B testing and experimentation Data analysis and reporting Copywriting and messaging Cross-functional collaboration LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $76,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
