Job Description About Us Universal Pictures Home Entertainment (UPHE) markets and distributes NBC Universal’s film and television offerings across transactional digital and disc formats worldwide. Global Business Operations – Release Planning The Release Planning team helps ensure NBCUniversal’s Film & TV content is released accurately and on time across transactional digital platforms worldwide. The team manages global release schedules, licensing communication, and data accuracy, serving as a central resource for title-level information across the business. Working closely with commercial, operational, and technology teams, the team helps drive accurate execution, resolve issues, and maintain data integrity needed to support successful global content releases. Responsibilities Global Release Auditing Serve as a primary operational resource for global release auditing across domestic and international markets. Conduct routine and exception-based audits to ensure data completeness, accuracy, and consistency. Maintain clear audit documentation, trackers, and reporting to support accountability and data governance. Cross-Functional Communication & Data Updates Partner with Release Planning, Release Operations, Licensing teams when audit findings require data confirmation, correction, or updates. Coordinate across teams to ensure updates are completed accurately and reflected in the appropriate source systems. Promote consistent data standards and auditing practices Reporting & Continuous Improvement Develop and maintain reporting that provides visibility into audit findings, data accuracy, issue status, and resolution trends. Analyze recurring discrepancies and system issues to identify opportunities for stronger controls, improved workflows, and automation. Provide reliable status updates on audit results, operational risks, and corrective actions. Qualifications Basic Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. 1+ years of experience in content operations, business systems, data analysis, quality assurance, or a related field. Exceptional attention to detail, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and experience working with operational data, trackers, or reporting tools. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow issues through resolution, and work effectively across global teams. Desired Characteristics Familiarity with data auditing, quality assurance, data governance, or exception management practices. Experience identifying, documenting, and coordinating the resolution of system-related issues. Comfort working with large datasets and investigating data anomalies. True passion for working with data, leveraging analytics and numerical insights to solve complex problems, identify trends, and drive informed business decisions. Additional Requirements Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week.
