What you need
- Hands-on experience supporting enterprise infrastructure delivery, preferably in consulting, professional services, or complex customer environments. Ability to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across systems, hosts, switches, and related infrastructure. Strong written, verbal, and technical documentation skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in client-facing delivery environments. Working knowledge of Linux, Unix, and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with automation and orchestration concepts, with experience using one or more tools such as Python, Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, or Jenkins.
