Team/Position Summary: The Associate Web Marketing Producer is part of the Digital Marketing department at Nintendo of America (NOA) and supports the Web Marketing team through production and maintenance efforts on brand-focused websites. The position authors and publishes daily updates to Nintendo.com and Play.nintendo.com, and contributes to content management system improvements, processes, and documentation. DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES Supports Web Marketing Producers with day-to-day production tasks. Authors and publishes daily content via content management system tools. Coordinates and manages site updates that include gathering assets and information, routing for review with stakeholders, facilitating content updates based on feedback, and getting approvals. Collaborates with other departments such as Legal, Product Dev & Publishing, and Consumer Support for online content updates across Nintendo.com. Participates and contributes during content ideation meetings. Works with team leads on announcement support and timely, accurate delivery of that content. Coordinates and manages the localization process that includes proofing the copy matrix, procuring translations and entering translated copy into the content management system. Performs content QA on all websites. Audits online content to ensure quality and accuracy of information (ie. game ratings, accessibility standards, captions) and provides recommendations for improvements. Works with team leads on content management workflow and process optimizations to create efficiencies and to mitigate risk; coordinates these efforts with internal and external stakeholders to align on those updates. Builds and maintains training documentation. Trains and supports contractors on content management authoring tools and processes. SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS 1 to 3 years of related experience required. Familiarity with web analytic reporting and tools used to assess page performance. Undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, New Media, or equivalent preferred. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States to be considered. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. This position is hybrid in Redmond, WA. Hybrid positions require regular onsite work following the schedule and guidelines for their division. This position is not open to fully remote status at this time. This position includes the base pay range listed below, potential for a semi-annual discretionary performance bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off. Pay Range: $34.28—$54.81 USD
