ATTENDEE EXPERIENCE INTERN, GLOBAL EVENTS TEAM  The Global Events Team is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented intern to join our Attendee Experience team. Our team helps create seamless guest experiences across EA events, supporting the attendee journey from invitation and registration through travel, arrival and the onsite experience. As an Attendee Experience Intern, you will primarily support our Events Travel Manager with guest travel and hospitality across multiple events. You will also have opportunities to work with the Attendee Operations team, gaining hands-on experience with event registration, guest communications, list management and onsite operations. This is an opportunity to learn how a global events team brings together travel, hospitality, registration and event operations to deliver memorable experiences for our guests. RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the Events Travel Manager with guest travel and hospitality planning, including flights, hotels, ground transportation and itineraries. * Maintain accurate attendee travel information, hotel rooming lists, transportation manifests and travel trackers. * Assist with guest travel communications and coordination with travel agencies, hotels, transportation providers and other vendors, including support for VIP and talent travel needs. * Support travel reporting and data collection to help identify trends and opportunities to improve the guest travel experience. * Assist in monitoring active group travel itineraries and distributing real-time safety alerts or travel advisories to attendees to ensure traveler safety and organizational compliance. * Support the Attendee Operations team with event registration, guest list management, attendee communications and onsite operations. * Help maintain project trackers, reporting and team documentation across Attendee Experience. * Support special projects, research and other Global Events Team priorities as needed. QUALIFICATIONS * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, Marketing, Business or a related field. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Collaborative, proactive problem-solver who is curious and eager to learn. * Interest in events, travel, hospitality, entertainment or gaming; previous related experience is a plus, but not required. * Experience with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. WHAT YOU'LL GAIN You will gain hands-on experience supporting the attendee journey for global events while learning how travel, registration, hospitality and onsite operations come together to create a seamless guest experience. You will also gain exposure to event technology, vendor management, guest communications and cross-functional event planning while working alongside members of EA's Global Events Team. At this time, we are considering Undergraduate students who will be enrolled in an accredited degree program, slated to graduate no earlier than December 2027. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis during the 12-week internship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
