Your Impact at GEICO As a Field Auto Damage Trainee, you’ll provide reassurance and solutions that make a difference in our customers' lives when they need us the most after an accident. You will inspect and assess vehicle damage, estimate vehicle repair costs, negotiate equitable settlements, and partner with body shops, rental companies, and parts providers. Compensation & Incentives: Starting Salary: $25.95 per hour / $52,275 annually Benefits: Health and wellness benefits starting Day 1 (medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts and more). In addition, 2 weeks in a field training center (NY, TX, CA), with mentors to help you learn and grow. Field Territory: GEICO Fleet vehicle assigned and responsible for the Wichita, KS area. How You’ll Make a Difference Customer Interaction: Consult with involved parties, review insurance contracts, inspect vehicles, write estimates, and manage rental cars. What We’re Looking For Experience & Qualifications: Customer-facing experience pre Annual Salary $25.95 - $40.19 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
