Paid every Friday Location: Onsite 4592 Ulmerton Rd, Clearwater, FL 33762 About the Role Are you a detail-oriented self-starter who likes owning your work from start to finish? As an Auto Finance Due Diligence Specialist, you’ll help move auto loan deals from first contact to completion by verifying information, tracking down documents, and working with our Compliance, Title, and Dealer Relations teams to keep every deal accurate and on schedule. It’s a great fit for someone with call center or office experience who’s ready to build a career in auto finance. What You’ll Do Contact dealers to explain the auto receivables due diligence process and review the list of documents needed Work a daily queue of loan deals through each stage of our acquisition process, keeping status and notes current Request and track required documents, including payment histories, titles, and contracts, and follow up on anything missing Support compliance and title audits by identifying issues and completing corrections Coordinate with our Compliance, Title, and Dealer Relations teams to keep deals moving on deadline Maintain accurate records in our internal operations dashboard and CRM What You’ll Bring Excellent verbal and written communication skills Typing speed of 45+ WPM Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including basic Excel Strong organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail Ability to prioritize and see high-priority tasks through to completion Comfort working independently at a desk for extended periods Nice to Have Call center and/or office experience Financial services or auto industry background Experience reviewing loan or contract documents HubSpot, Asana, or other CRM/project management experience Bilingual in English and Spanish What You’ll Get Weekly pay, every Friday Medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO that starts accruing on day one Monthly bonus incentives Healthy work-life balance Real advancement opportunities, because we promote from within Who We Are Since 1989, Mid-Atlantic Finance has grown into a leading non-prime auto finance company serving dealers and customers nationwide.
