What you'll do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain advanced automated manufacturing equipment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running at peak performance.
What you need
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">PLC (Allen Bradley) and CNC experience preferred. </span>
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">Injection Molding Machine experience desired.</span>
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">Electro-mechanical, machinist and/or electrician experience.</span>
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">Machine shop experience, Lathe & Mill operation preferred.</span>
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">Exhibits good communication skills – verbal, written, and comprehension of the English language.</span>
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">Adheres to Standard Operating Procedures and Regulatory requirements. </span>
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">MS Office experience preferred. </span>
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">Clean Environments, Medical Device Manufacturing</span>
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">Work near moving mechanical parts </span>
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">Exposure to common machine chemicals or solvents (oil/cleaning agents)</span>
- <span style="font-size: 11pt;">Physical Requirements:</span><ul style="list-style-type: circle; padding-left: 48px;"><li><span style="font-size: 11pt;">Standing, Walking - 50-75%</span>
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. - <25%
- Minimum three years maintenance experience in controls and/or electro-mechanical fields.
- Associate degree or equivalent two-year technical school preferred; or three years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- <span>Completion of an apprenticeship program, military program or trade school with 3 years of experience. </span>

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge equipment, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep operations running at peak performance.
This position follows a rotating schedule of 3 days one week and 4 days the next, providing built-in long weekends every other week.
