What You'll Do Operate, monitor, and maintain Omnicell XR2 automation systems. Manage medication inventory, including restocking, returns, and formulary optimization. Perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Monitor system performance and escalate unresolved technical issues. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational and regulatory requirements. Partner with pharmacy staff to support efficient workflows and exceptional customer service. Train users on system functionality and best practices. Serve as a resource for customers and team members. Maintain required pharmacy technician certifications and licenses. What You'll Bring Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Active CA State Pharmacy Technician Registration/License (where required). Active National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, CPhT, or ExCPT). Working Knowledge or familiarity with pharmacy automation. Preferred Qualifications Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program. 1+ year of hospital pharmacy technician experience. 1+ year of experience working with pharmacy automation technology. Basic troubleshooting and mechanical aptitude. Skills for Success Strong customer service and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams. Work Environment Able to commute daily to this site: Able to work this shift: (may subject to change Hospital pharmacy setting. Able to travel out of state for (paid) training(s) 8-10 hour shifts; schedules may change based on business needs. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
