What you'll do
- Perform data entry, reconciliation, research, recordkeeping, and accounts payable, receivable, and bank deposits.
- Ensure compliance with procedures and regulations and assist other team members as needed.
What you need
- Requires previous accounting experience, some type of secondary education, a positive “can do” attitude, detail orientation, organization, and excellent computer skills.
- Dealership and Reynolds Reynolds experience are preferred but not required.
- Education: a high school diploma

Position Overview
The Accounting Clerk is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to the financial operation of designated dealership/s.
Who would I interact with?
This position interacts daily via inbound/outbound calls with Clients, as well as, direct interaction with Sales department, Service department and Parts department, just to name a few.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Data entry, reconciliation and research.
Maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with established procedures and regulations.
Accounts payable, Receivable and Bank Deposits
Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed
What are the requirements for this job?
Must have a positive "can do" attitude.
Be detail oriented and organized.
Previous accounting experience with some type of secondary education
Excellent computer skills.
Dealership experience, as well as Reynolds Reynolds experience is preferred, but not required.
