What You'll Do Perform pre-delivery inspections on new and fleet vehicles Complete vehicle readiness and safety checklists Identify damage, defects, or mechanical concerns Perform basic maintenance and light repairs as needed Prepare fleet vehicles for customer delivery Document inspections and repair orders accurately Update vehicle records using dealership software Coordinate with service, parts, and fleet departments Maintain a safe, organized work area What We're Looking For Automotive inspection or general service experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Dealertrack DMS and Xtime experience preferred Basic computer and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple vehicles and deadlines Dependable, organized, and team-oriented Valid Driver's License with good driving record High School Diploma/GED preferred Ready to Grow with Hertrich?
