What you need
- Previous automotive repair experience
- Ability to perform inspections and common mechanical repairs independently

- Experience with brakes, steering, suspension, and general automotive repairs
- Basic diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to follow established procedures and complete assigned work accurately
- Valid driver's license
- GM experience and ASE certifications (preferred)

B-Level Automotive Service Technician. Thornton Chevrolet – Manchester, PA. Full-Time | Competitive Hourly Pay Based on Experience. Thornton Chevrolet is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Automotive Service Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship. As a family-owned dealership, we believe in providing our technicians with the equipment, support, and opportunities they need to succeed while building a strong service team. This position primarily involves thorough used-vehicle inspections, along with general automotive maintenance, mechanical repairs, and customer-pay service work. Experience with brakes, steering, suspension, and general automotive repairs. Basic diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities. Ability to stay focused, follow established procedures, and complete assigned work accurately. GM experience and ASE certifications preferred but not required. Valid driver's license.
