Our technicians are respected professionals, not just line-item labor. What You'll Do Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and computer system issues. Perform high-quality vehicle repairs and routine preventive maintenance. Conduct thorough digital vehicle inspections (DVIs) and recommend necessary services. Utilize advanced diagnostic software and specialized tools effectively. Maintain detailed and accurate repair documentation on all work orders. Collaborate with service advisors and team members to ensure customer satisfaction. Uphold high standards of craftsmanship, safety, and shop cleanliness. What We're Looking For Experience: 5+ years of automotive technician experience preferred. Skills: Strong diagnostic aptitude and electrical troubleshooting abilities. Equipment: Must own personal tool set standard for high-level repair work. Mindset: Pride in precision workmanship, strong integrity, and a passion for cars. Growth: Drive to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and work collaboratively as a team player. Certifications: ASE Certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain with shop support). Compensation & Benefits Pay Rate: $35 - $55+ per hour based on experience and certifications. Earning Potential: Top technicians can earn $100k+ annually.
