We're hiring: Master Technicians Experienced Technicians Developing Technicians As we grow, future Lead Technicians, Shop Foremen, Trainers, and Managers will come from within our team. Pay Based on Experience: Master Technicians $30-$50 Flat Rate Guaranteed Hours Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Experienced Technicians $23-$29 Flat Rate Guaranteed Hours Developing Technicians $17-$22 Hourly Our Flat Rate technicians receive guaranteed hours, providing income stability while still rewarding performance and production.
