Behavior Analyst Trainee (BCBA Track)

Our Behavior Analyst Trainee role prepares experienced ABA professionals for supervisory roles while they pursue BCaBA or BCBA certification, with mentorship from a Senior Clinical Supervisor. Why you'll love it here $26 to $32 per hour, depending on experience; includes ongoing performance bonus Restricted and unrestricted supervised fieldwork hours toward BCaBA or BCBA certification, plus coursework support Mentorship from senior BCBAs and a clear path into supervisory roles Consistent weekday daytime schedule at one location, with no driving between client homes Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; SIMPLE IRA with company match; paid time off and paid sick time; paid training; professional development support; life insurance; Employee Assistance Program; referral bonuses What you'll do Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to young children with autism and related developmental disabilities (up to 80% of your time) Take on mid-level supervisory work under a BCBA (up to 20%): behavior-analytic assessments, data graphing and analysis, literature research, and program support Partner with families and your clinical team to support each child's goals What we're looking for Enrolled in or completed a BACB-verified course sequence Either 12 semester units in ABA plus 1 year of verifiable behavior intervention experience, or 2 years of verifiable experience Dependable, ethical, and eager to grow into a supervisory role Able to commute to our Albany Early Learner Center (94706) Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday daytime hours, in person at our Albany Early Learner Center. Employment is contingent on meeting standard health and immunization requirements for working with young children and on a successful background check.
