What you'll do
- Host campus tours and welcome visiting families
- Lead virtual and in-person open house sessions
- Represent BridgePrep at local community events, daycares, and family fairs
- Follow up with prospective families to assist with registration paperwork and answer questions
- Keep student application records and contact lists accurate and up-to-date
- Capture photos and videos during school events for social media and newsletters
What you need
- Bilingual English/Spanish Required: Ability to communicate fluently and warmly with prospective families in both languages.
- Customer Service Mindset: Experience in customer service, hospitality, front office support, or community outreach.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal skills with a welcoming, confident approach on the phone and in person.
- Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic databases, email, and mobile apps.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a Florida Level 2 Care Provider background screening.

Salary: $32,000 - $42,000 + Comprehensive Benefits (including free health insurance)

JOIN THE BRIDGEPREP FAMILY!Are you energetic, personable, and passionate about helping families find the right school for their children? BridgePrep Academy is looking for a Bilingual School Student Enrollment Specialist to serve as the welcoming face of our campus!
In this role, you will connect with local families, attend community events, host school tours, and guide prospective students through the enrollment process from start to finish.
