What you'll do
- Maintain accurate receivables
- Collect outstanding premium
- Support the non-payment cancellation process across multiple states and product lines
- Work with the Billing & Collections Manager, underwriting teams, agencies, and insureds
- Ensure accounts remain current and cancellation timelines are met
What you need
- Bachelors Degree in business.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
