About the company
Rillet
Computer software · 11 to 50 employees
Rillet’s pace is not for everyone. Intelligence is table stakes. To succeed here, you need extreme speed, agency, and flexibility. The people who thrive at Rillet do not wait for assignments. They internalize the mission, design a strategy, and bring back results that are better, faster, and more creative than a manager could have asked for. Our work revolves around our customers. The people who succeed here are energized by delivering what matters most, even when it was not part of the original plan. Rillet is built on deep accounting expertise, and it takes people from many disciplines to build a category-defining company. You do not need to be an accountant to thrive here. You do need to care deeply about the problems we solve and the impact our customers can create. Together, we combine the precision of accounting with the speed, creativity, and ambition of AI-native software to power the financial core of the world’s fastest-growing companies while redefining what finance teams should expect from their software.
What you'll do
- Design campaign and performance creative across paid social, display, LinkedIn, X, and email
- Build event and field marketing assets for our Recon series, Close Club, and conference presence — signage, booth graphics, speaker cards, swag, and on-site collateral
- Produce sales collateral including one-pagers, battle cards, and pitch deck updates
- Build and maintain templates that let the go-to-market team self-serve without a designer in the loop
- Extend the Rillet brand system into new formats and channels as they come up
- Keep the asset library, templates, and brand documentation organized and current
- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of design experience in-house at a startup or at an agency serving B2B clients, including internships
- A portfolio showing range across digital, print, and event formats
- Fluency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, and shared libraries
- Ability to work from an established brand system and extend it with sound judgment
- High output without a drop in quality, and comfort with volume and fast turnarounds
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a bias toward action
- Excellent written communication and the ability to coordinate across sales, events, and product marketing
- Curious about what an asset is meant to accomplish, not just what it should look like
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity
