The Maintenance Mechanic 3 is responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including appliances and building fixtures, in accordance with manufacturer specifications. This role performs a wide range of highly diversified duties based on departmental needs. In addition, the Maintenance Mechanic 3 provides leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Maintenance Mechanics 1 and 2.
