What you'll do
- Improve IT processes, asset management, and CMDB data quality.
- Understand customer needs, coordinate remediation and process improvements, and support sustainable operational changes.
What you need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, IT Service Management, IT Asset Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to gather requirements, clarify business needs, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience using backlog, task-tracking, or work-management tools such as Jira.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives, with the ability to independently lead initiatives based on experience and role level.
- Working knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), or the ability and willingness to develop expertise in this area.
- ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS-ITSM, or CIS-HAM.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
- Experience with Event Management or IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Experience working within a large, matrixed enterprise IT environment.
- Familiarity with IT asset and financial lifecycle processes, including procurement, depreciation, reconciliation, and asset tracking.
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly CMDB and Hardware Asset Management (HAM), or experience with comparable ITSM or asset-management platforms.
