We are seeking a detail-oriented, data-driven Business Analyst to translate complex data into actionable recommendations that fuel company growth. In this role, you will take ownership of recurring reporting, build high-impact dashboards, and dive deep into user acquisition, engagement, and revenue trends. You will turn raw performance metrics into structured stories and executive summaries, serving as a go-to analytical partner for key business leads in a fast-paced environment. ABOUT THIS TEAM The Business Strategy & Analytics team sits within Finance and partners across FP&A, Jobs, Product, Marketing, Email, Customer Service and BI teams to support business decision-making through data and insights. The team focuses on monitoring business performance, understanding user behavior, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting key initiatives across different business lines. WHAT YOU’LL DO Develop and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and business performance metrics Analyze user acquisition, engagement, job search behavior, application activity, and revenue trends Monitor key business KPIs and identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities Support deep-dive analyses on customer behavior, search performance, retention, and monetization Partner with stakeholders across FP&A, Jobs, Product, Marketing, Email and Customer Service to answer business questions through data analysis.
