We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities. The Role About the Role: This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood, translated into actionable requirements, and carried through successful implementation. The individual works closely with customers, subject matter experts, product teams, architects, and engineers to analyze business processes, define requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and maintain alignment between business objectives and delivered functionality. The role participates throughout the full delivery lifecycle—from discovery and requirements definition through backlog refinement, development, testing, and validation. It is responsible for identifying gaps, dependencies, assumptions, and opportunities for process improvement while maintaining high-quality, traceable requirements and supporting documentation. Success in this role requires strong analytical and communication skills, comfort working across business and technical teams, and the ability to turn complex or ambiguous needs into clear direction for delivery teams. The individual will also leverage approved AI-assisted tools and modern analysis practices to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of requirements and solution delivery. Required Qualifications: 1–3 years of professional experience in business analysis, technology delivery, project coordination, product support, or a related role. Relevant internships or comparable experience may be considered. Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex or ambiguous business needs into clear, manageable requirements. Ability to develop clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and supporting documentation . Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Highly organized, with the ability to track multiple requirements, decisions, dependencies, and action items simultaneously. Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery practices. Comfortable working with technical teams and developing an understanding of applications, integrations, data, and system behavior without needing to be a software developer. Ability to learn new business domains and technologies quickly, ask effective questions, and work through requirements that may initially be incomplete or ambiguous. Comfortable using modern productivity and AI-assisted tools to support research, analysis, documentation, and requirements development. Self-motivated and collaborative, with a willingness to take ownership of assigned work while seeking guidance when appropriate. Preferred, but Not Required Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, ServiceNow, Agile/Scrum, process mapping, APIs/integrations, SQL, cloud technologies, or enterprise applications would be beneficial, but I would treat these as learnable skills rather than prerequisites.
