HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT The Senior Business Analyst supports strategic, operational, and financial initiatives across a large multi-specialty medical group. This role analyzes clinical, operational, financial, and patient experience data to identify trends, improve performance, optimize workflows, and support organizational decision-making. The Business Analyst partners with clinical leaders, practice administrators, physicians, finance teams, and IT staff to develop actionable insights that improve quality, efficiency, patient satisfaction, and financial outcomes. is a subject matter expert in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, performance management and process improvement while leading analytical initiatives. WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO APPLY QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Experience with Epic, Cerner or other healthcare information systems. Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau or healthcare analytics platforms. Experience with physician compensation, wRVU analysis, revenue cycle analytics, or value-based care initiatives.
