As a Service Technician at RideNow Powersports, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing powersports vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring the highest levels of safety and performance. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on powersports vehicles, including motorcycles, ATVs, and side-by-sides Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using diagnostic equipment and/or service manuals Provide accurate and detailed cost estimates for repairs and communicate them to customers Install accessories and upgrades for customers, ensuring proper fit and functionality Test ride vehicles to verify repairs and ensure customer satisfaction Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and transactions Maintain a clean and organized work environment Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.
