Rotations may include opportunities in areas such as: Investment Operations: Support trade operations, data management, reporting, and operational controls that enable the investment process and help deliver strong client outcomes. Investment Enablement: Partner with investment teams on business analysis, project management, operational support, and process improvement initiatives. Global Business Services: Contribute to enterprise functions such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal & Compliance, Procurement, Enterprise Services, Workplace Experience, Communications, and other teams that support Capital Group's operations and strategic priorities. Additional Business Functions: Gain exposure to teams that drive organizational effectiveness, business performance, and enterprise outcomes across the firm. Across rotations, associates may contribute to strategic initiatives, analyze business challenges, develop recommendations for stakeholders, identify opportunities to improve processes and operational effectiveness, and collaborate across teams to support business priorities. In addition to on-the-job learning, associates participate in Capital Group's Core Skills Academy, a shared development experience that includes professional skills training, business acumen development, networking opportunities, leadership exposure, and career development resources.
