Responsibilities include: Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and incontinence care Provide medication reminders as permitted Assist with changing bed linens and resident personal care needs Follow resident service plans and document care provided Communicate with the Resident Services team to help maintain continuity of care Build positive relationships with residents and families Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment Support activities and daily operations within the community Complete additional duties as assigned What We're Looking For Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent At least 1 year of related healthcare or caregiving experience required CNA, Home Health, Private Caregiver, or Senior Living experience preferred Compassionate, patient, dependable, and comfortable working with seniors Strong communication and teamwork skills CPR and First Aid certification preferred Must successfully complete required dementia training when applicable Must successfully complete required background screening Must follow company Drug-Free Workplace policies Make a Difference Every Shift Windsor Manor Webster City is a small, close-knit senior living community where your work is noticed and appreciated.
