Case Manager - Child & Family Services

Position Details Provide quality client centered case management services that facilitate recovery and wellness for people living with substance use/mental health concerns. Case Manager will support clinical treatment goals working as part of an interdisciplinary team. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Social work, Masters (in licensable field) preferred Valid Drivers license and clean driving record required.
