As a vital member of our Case Management team, you’ll do more than just manage cases—you’ll be a mentor, advocate, and champion for youth. You’ll help ensure every child is placed in a safe, supportive environment, receives the educational services they deserve, and has a voice that’s heard and respected. Your work will directly shape brighter futures. What You’ll Do Support youth through placement and transitions with care and empathy. Advocate for individualized educational services tailored to each child’s needs. Maintain accurate, timely records in alignment with service standards and regulatory requirements. What You Bring A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Clinical Psychology. At least 2 years of experience in evaluation, assessment, CBT, trauma-informed care, or similar therapeutic practices. A heart for service and a commitment to youth empowerment.
