How You Start Ride with an experienced driver trainer on real loads $650 per week during training Move into your own truck on full pay once your trainer signs off $1,000 per week guaranteed for your first 3 months of solo driving The Job Dry van freight across the 11 western states 1,700 to 2,100 miles per week Home every 2 weeks Option to run past the western states if you want more miles Pay Average weekly earnings of $1,000 to $1,300 Standard mileage pay scale that grows with experience Up to 6 cents per mile extra in performance bonus $15 stop pay Benefits Medical, dental and vision after 30 days 401k with company match Paid time off $300 orientation pay, travel to orientation covered Two Ways to Start CDL-A in hand, no experience: 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school.
