- Phlebotomy experience
- Certified by the a National Certification Board (National Center for Competency Testing or obtain withing 6 months of hire date.
- Certified by the a National Certification Board (National Center for Competency Testing) or obtain within 6 months of hire date. ,BLS certification within 14 days of hire date
