What you'll do
- Administer prescribed medications and maintain related records under nurse supervision
- Takes vital signs, observes for medication responses, and report unexpected reactions
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Answers call lights and respond appropriately
- Complete documentation accurately and on time
- Reviews care plans and provide care as outlined
- Perform CNA duties when not actively administering medications or as directed
What you need
- Active CMT and CNA certifications are required.
- CPR certification and experience with Point Click Care are preferred.

Join The Lutheran Home as a part-time
Certified Medication Technician (CMT)!
Pick up extra hours while making a difference in residents’ lives through compassionate care guided by our values of service, excellence, dignity, fulfillment, grace, and stewardship. With flexible shift options, you can find a schedule that works for you while supporting our residents and nursing team.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Administer prescribed medications and maintain related records under nurse supervision
Takes vital signs, observes for medication responses, and report unexpected reactions
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Answers call lights and respond appropriately
Complete documentation accurately and on time
Reviews care plans and provide care as outlined
Perform CNA duties when not actively administering medications or as directed
Shifts Available:
Morning shifts
Evening shifts
Weekend shifts
Full shifts (typically 12 hours)
Part-time team members are required to work at least one shift per week.
License/Certification:
Active CMT and CNA certifications required
CPR certification preferred
Experience with Point Click Care preferred
