As a Certified Nurse Aide at Legacy Living Defiance, you will provide essential direct care to our residents, helping to improve or maintain their abilities as outlined in their individualized plans of care. You will actively assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, and transferring, verbal prompts, physical support, or more extensive help when required.
