Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join the Atlantic Medical Group Women’s Health team at Overlook Medical Center. This full-time position includes both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities on the Overlook Medical Center campus, which features a newly renovated maternity center and labor and delivery unit. The CNM will work closely with a collaborative team of board-certified obstetricians, certified nurse midwives, social workers, nutritionists, and nurses to provide comprehensive, patient-centered care within a growing service line.
The CNM will perform patient assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide a full range of obstetric and gynecologic services, including labor management and delivery. Additional responsibilities include patient and community education, participation in practice management initiatives, and the accurate completion of medical documentation and billing.
This is a full-time opportunity requiring the CNM to provide care in the outpatient clinic, participate in one 24-hour call shift per week, and cover one weekend call per month.
