What You’ll Do Assist clients with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse Provide safe mobility assistance and help with transfers Prepare and serve meals tailored to dietary needs Keep clients’ homes clean, safe, and comfortable Communicate clearly with clients, families, and healthcare team members Observe and report any changes in client condition to supervisors What we are looking for Active Maryland CNA Certification Current CPR and First Aid certifications Reliable transportation Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Strong communication skills and a positive attitude Compassionate, patient, and dependable Physical ability to assist with client transfers As part of National Lutheran Communities and Services, we offer great PERKS and BENEFITS to promote a better quality of life for our team members.
