Ensures completeness of record before patient office visit and reports missing information to appropriate office staff Sorts, files, and collates a variety of medical record information Files and retrieves medical records by alphabet in accordance with established color-coded filing system and predetermined priorities; researches lost or missing records in accordance with established procedures Assembles patient medical record as required Corresponds via phone, email, and fax Compensation: Most candidates will start within the first quartile of the pay range Rates are commensurate with experience EEO Statement: Dent Neurologic Institute is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting and employment.
