Key Responsibilities
Perform data entry and maintain accurate client records
Assist with account paperwork and operational documentation
Coordinate appointments, scheduling, and client communications
Support advisors with administrative and operational needs
Track pending items and ensure timely follow-up
Maintain organized client files and records
Provide exceptional service to clients and business partners
Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations
What You Will Bring
Financial services, insurance, wealth management, banking, or related industry experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
