What you'll do
- Assist clients in person, over the phone, and electronically.

What you need
- Requires 2+ years of front office or customer-facing experience and 2+ years using Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
- Requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to lift 50 lbs., attention to detail, organizational skills, and a positive customer service-oriented attitude.

You'll assist clients in person, over the phone, and electronically, helping them with whatever they need and delivering amazing customer service. Accuracy and attention to detail will be vital as you schedule appointments, enter pet information in our system, update records, and manage client accounts. You'll need a positive attitude and a strong desire to help; a love for animals wouldn't hurt!rnIf you join us full-time, you'll typically work during these hours (with some variation based on business needs):rnrnMonday through Friday between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PMrnSaturdays between 8:00 AM and 6:30 PMrnSundays between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PMrnrnIf you join us part-time, you'll work a flexible schedule (based on business needs) for about 20 to 30 hours per week.
