CLIENT SOLUTIONS ASSOCIATE (SPANISH BILINGUAL)  Must be in the Las Vegas area and have a reasonable commute to Las Vegas, NV due to in-office requirements.  SCHEDULE: Full-Time, Tuesday - Saturday, 1:00pm - 10:00pm PST, Sunday & Monday: OFF  COMPENSATION: Starting Pay $21 – $25 per hour. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a client service setting and contribute to the success of a fast-paced team where you can grow your career in a financial service and customer solutions.   WHAT YOU’LL DO * Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, phone applications, and electronic credit submissions. * Verify client identities and clearly explains financing terms to build trust and understanding. * Provide real-time technical assistance and troubleshooting for customers navigating application and contract issues. * Deliver exceptional service by resolving account questions, concerns, and disputes promptly and professionally. * Review and confirm loan and contract details to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Must-Have Qualifications: * High School diploma or GED. * Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role. * Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal communication skills. Nice to have but not Required! (We’ll train you!): * Experience in a call center or high-volume support environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
