The clinic specializes in diagnosing and treating orthopedic conditions, helping patients manage pain, recover from injuries, and improve mobility. Our team focuses on personalized treatment and rehabilitation, and the clinic supports patients in returning to their daily activities, work, and sports safely and confidently! What you will do as a Clinic RN : Establishes achievable short- and long-term goals for patients Implements nursing protocols based on the treatment plan, ensuring continuity of care for patient. Provides education to patient and caregiver(s) Evaluation of the patient’s status and efficiency of the nursing care and modified care plan as needed Helps provide healthcare access through nurse visits, management of in-basket task (phone messages, MyChart communication, refill requests, results) Provides safe and timely telephonic triage for symptomatic callers, using system approved triage policies and protocols Coordinates surgery scheduling processes for patients Other responsibilities as assigned What you will need: Current Minnesota RN Licensure and knowledge of specialty area Associate’s (ADN) or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) Location: 8301 Golden Valley Road #100, Golden Valley, MN Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 hour shifts Benefits: This is a fully benefit eligible position: Competitive wages, Healthcare (including vision & dental), 401K, parking & tuition assistance and more! #RN Compensation: 32.64 - 52.22 USD Hourly At M Physicians we believe in pay transparency and equity.
